Sonia Pittet is a certificated Coach and Personal trainer specialized in Yôga & AntiGravity® Aerial Yôga, Pilates, Postural re-education, Functional Training.
Born in Milan, Sonia gained experience both in Italy and abroad.
She has been working in international centers like Virgin Active, as well as local specialized centers, and accomodations as “ME hotel Ibiza by Melia” where she is currently the official teacher of AntiGravity® and Yôga.
She has introduced her projects on the island focusing on the most popular as Pilates and Yôga, but especially on the innovative AntiGravity® Aerial Yôga & Fitness®.
